Pricing Policy

Translation services are priced based on the word count of the source text. For standard translation services, the per-word rate is a minimum of £0.090 GBP.

The minimum project/service fee is £35 GBP. The minimum fee applies to any work whose total falls below this amount.

Pricing may vary based on the following criteria:

• Language combination
• Technical content
• Notarization / apostille requirements
• Delivery time
• Field of expertise

The final price is presented to the customer as a quote after a review of the file.

Document Translation Pricing

For the following standard documents, the translation fee is a starting price per document:

The prices listed apply to standard document translations. Notarization, apostille processing, additional pages, urgent delivery, or physical post/courier requests may be subject to extra charges.

For work outside these standard documents, a minimum service fee of £35 GBP applies.
