Delivery Process
Translation and language services are delivered digitally via email. Upon request, notarized or printed documents can also be sent by courier/post. Physical delivery times may vary depending on the courier company and the delivery region.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
The customer may request order cancellation before work begins. For cancellations made after work has started, charges may apply in proportion to the completed work.
If the delivered translation service contains an error or omission, the customer may request a revision within 7 days of the delivery date. Approved corrections are provided free of charge.
No refunds are issued for completed services delivered digitally. The courier company is responsible for any shipping-related delays in physical deliveries.
